Once you have contacted me, and we have scheduled a consult time..

I will send you an introductory letter or email with some forms to be filled out and returned to me prior to the consultation day.  This allows us to maximise our time together and helps me to be suitably prepared for our consultation.

The kind of information covered in the form includes:

  • description of your health concern
  • any medications or supplements you are taking
  • your medical history
  • a brief medical history of your parents and extended family
  • your current diet

What you can expect in the first consultation (1hr).
The initial consult will cover the following:

  • Any clarifications to information provided on the pre-consult form;
  • Details of the exact nature of your symptoms;
  • Physical examination (if necessary); e.g. blood pressure, iris analysis, or inspection of external physical ailments on exposed areas  (taking off garments not required);
  • General information about you and your body, including: diet, appetite, thirst, lifestyle (environmental factors, stressors etc.), thermals, digestion and bowel habits, and sleep;
  • Your health goals and expectations;
  • Initial prescription of remedy and/or herbs and/or supplements;
  • Discussion of your personal treatment plan requirements.

What you can expect on the follow-up consultations (45mins-1hr).

  • Detailed review and/or inspection of changes to symptoms since the last consult;
  • Review of treatment plan;
  • Further prescription of remedy and/or herbs and/or supplements;

With your permission and co-operation, I may check in with you between consults via email or text to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.  Before prescribing any supplements, I will always provide you with a quote first.
